How to Request Account Deletion
- Email us at sha849529@gmail.com with the subject line: Delete My Fluency Pro Account.
- Send the request from the same email address used in your Fluency Pro account (Google Sign-In email).
- We will verify the request and process deletion.
Typical processing time is within 7 business days after identity verification.
What Data Is Deleted
- Account profile data (display name, linked login identity)
- Learning activity data (session history, scores, progress stats)
- App usage data associated with your account
What Data May Be Retained
- Limited records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, and financial compliance obligations
- Operational logs and backups retained for a limited period, then deleted automatically
Retained data is restricted and not used to re-enable account access.
Delete Data Without Deleting Account
Currently, Fluency Pro does not provide a separate in-app flow to delete only specific data while keeping the account active.
